Darren Kelly

Darren is working on network representations of gene and genomic data. In particular, Darren is working on how to understand evolutionary histories when these histories are full of reticulations, merging of evolving sequences, splitting of sequences, movement of sequences from one cell to another or from one kind of molecule (say, a plasmid or a chromosome or a virus) onto another.

Darren graduated from NUI Maynooth and is enrolled at The University of Manchester. He is using computational tools exclusively.
